Terms and Conditions for AOB (All on Black / ALLONBLACK) Giveaways and Rewards

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all giveaways, rewards, promotions, leaderboards, bonuses, contests, and any other prize or incentive programs (collectively, "Giveaways") operated by All on Black / AOB / ALLONBLACK (referred to as "AOB", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate.
1. Giveaways Are Voluntary Bonuses
All Giveaways are complete bonuses and gratuities provided at the sole discretion of AOB.
Participation in any Giveaway is entirely voluntary.
No purchase, wager, or payment is necessary to participate (where prohibited by law, alternative free entry methods may be provided, but still subject to these Terms).
2. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
AOB reserves the absolute right, at any time and for any reason or no reason, to:
Modify, change, alter, or update the rules, prizes, eligibility, deadlines, or any other aspect of any Giveaway.
Add, remove, or replace any prizes or rewards.
Suspend, pause, extend, shorten, or completely cancel any Giveaway.
Void, disqualify, or revoke any entry, winner, or prize without prior notice.
Prizes and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise, and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
3. No Guarantee of Winning or Receipt
Being selected as a winner or receiving any notification does not guarantee you will actually receive the prize.
AOB may disqualify any participant or winner at its sole discretion for any reason, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, abuse, technical issues, rule violations, or any other reason.
Delivery of prizes is not guaranteed and may be delayed, canceled, or substituted without liability.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and comply with all applicable laws.
Employees, affiliates, team members, and immediate family of AOB may be eligible or ineligible at our sole discretion.
Residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are prohibited are excluded.
AOB may require identity verification, tax information, or other documentation before awarding any prize. Failure to provide this will result in disqualification.
5. Release of Liability and Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AOB, its owners, operators, partners, affiliates, contractors, moderators, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Participation in any Giveaway.
Any modification, suspension, or cancellation of a Giveaway.
Failure to receive, loss of, or damage to any prize.
Technical issues, platform outages, or errors.
Any tax liabilities, legal issues, or other consequences related to prizes.
All Giveaways are provided "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Taxes and Legal Compliance
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with receiving or using prizes.
By accepting a prize, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By entering, participating, or claiming any prize in any AOB Giveaway, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these Terms in their entirety.
You accept that all Giveaways are discretionary bonuses that may be altered, removed, or canceled at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in any AOB Giveaway or Reward program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
